Wave One is an Arizona, USA-based company that acquires and resells high-value trading cards and promotional products. We treat seller information as confidential business data.

Information you provide. When you submit an item through “Sell to Wave One,” submit a collection, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:
- Your name and email address (email is required so we can respond);
- Your phone number and city/state, if you provide them;
- Details about your item — such as the card game, product type, notes, and any values you list; and
- The photos or files you upload.
You do not need to create an account to use this site.
Information collected automatically. This site is a static website and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and form-delivery providers may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security, fraud prevention, and performance.

- To review and evaluate the items you submit;

- To complete a transaction. Where a transaction uses escrow, relevant details may be shared with an approved independent third-party escrow provider to complete the purchase you agree to. Wave One is not an escrow provider and does not hold escrow funds.
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the site and communicate with you (such as hosting and email/form-delivery providers), under obligations to protect your information.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wave One, our sellers, or others.
5. Data retention
We keep submission information for as long as needed to evaluate your item, communicate with you, complete any transaction, and meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing us at waveoneholdings@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond consistent with those laws.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
